Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Brands: Lavazza Coffee, Davinci Syrups, Ahmad Tea, Ferrarelle water, Dole.

Prospect, cold calling and make formal presentations of company pricing, products and promotions to major coffee and food service customers to gain or expand new business.

Execute sales strategies in order to meet or exceed company's sales targets and achieve KPIs as outlined in performance expectations.

Target strategic accounts for new business opportunities.

Responsible for achieving a high-level sales target with Restaurant & Cafe customers.

Coordinate customer setup and activation.

Prepare and comply with mandatory reporting systems.

Responsible for managing own KEY customers and relationships.

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and make recommendations to management.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, etc.

Education, Qualification and skills:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Well networked and familiar with the HORECA industries.
  • Relevant experience of 3-4 years.
  • Multilingual candidates preferred.
