Job Purpose

The Key Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets within the assigned territory and for developing and maintaining multi-level customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly and annual targets for revenue, profitability, renewals, and new sales.
  • Implement sales strategy, tactics, and plans for product lines and markets.
  • Identify and contact prospects and coordinate product demonstrations to potential customers either online or in direct meetings.
  • Contact provided leads in a timely manner.
  • Provide product and pricing information to customers and follow up as required to secure orders.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify additional business opportunities in target markets.
  • Provide product development input based on market and customer feedback.

In addition, the Employee is expected to complete any other tasks as assigned by their Manager.

Knowledge / Skills / Qualities
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, along with strong oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Ability to set priorities and meet or exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team and take initiative.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the same industry.
  • UAE Driving license required.
