Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Management Executive to manage and grow strategic partnerships that contribute to long-term business success.

Note: The internal job title for this position is Partner Relations Executive.

This role involves managing a portfolio of partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing engagement, and mutual growth. You will act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, handle contract renewals, and lead initiatives that strengthen collaboration and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Development & Onboarding

  • Identify and explore new partnership opportunities aligned with strategic goals
  • Manage onboarding processes including documentation and training sessions
  • Organize periodic partner refreshers to update on services, tools, or changes

Account Management

  • Oversee a portfolio of key accounts and ensure consistent communication
  • Build custom account strategies and monitor performance metrics
  • Collaborate on co-branded campaigns or partner initiatives
  • Identify risks and growth opportunities, providing solutions as needed

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all partner interactions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collect and analyze partner feedback to enhance service quality
  • Coordinate internally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams

Partner Support & Satisfaction

  • Ensure timely support and issue resolution for partners
  • Enhance overall partner experience through proactive service and follow-ups
  • Track satisfaction KPIs and suggest improvements based on insights

Contract Management

  • Support negotiations and renewals of contracts
  • Ensure terms comply with internal policies and legal standards

Market Awareness

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products/services offered
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and partner expectations
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform partnership strategies

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in account or partner management roles
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
