The Key Account Executive will manage sales operations, foster business development, and build strong client relationships with hotels in Abu Dhabi. This role is vital for driving revenue growth, increasing Agthia’s market presence, and delivering exceptional customer service within the hospitality sector. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Serve as the primary contact for hotel clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales strategies for the hotel segment to achieve revenue targets and drive account growth.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including purchasing managers, chefs, and F&B directors.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the hotel sector.
Coordinate with distribution, finance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
