We partner with hair care professionals worldwide, providing them with the latest innovations, technologies, and education to deliver outstanding professional service to discerning consumers.

We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Key Account Business Partner to help our clients develop their businesses by offering innovative ideas and products.

This role reports to the Commercial Manager and involves managing sales and client development within a defined territory, as well as acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate will have some sales experience, ambition, and determination to navigate complex situations.

YOU WILL :

  • Develop your clients’ businesses and establish new partnerships by leveraging PPD’s brand portfolio and unique value propositions, in collaboration with Brand Education Experts and Salon Emotion Developers.
  • Understand client needs and craft personalized offers by analyzing salon performance and potential, then develop joint business plans with salon owners.

Your service attitude will help build trust and foster strong relationships.

Collaboration is essential! Coordinate with Education Experts and Salon Emotion Developers to grow your clients’ businesses, particularly through tailored training plans and ensuring cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Credit teams.
