Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Associate to manage and strengthen relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving sales growth, and supporting business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Assist in managing client accounts, handling inquiries, and providing timely solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the negotiation and execution of contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Track and analyze account metrics, preparing reports for management.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
