Role and Responsibilities

A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a talented Key Assistant Manager for our AC Team. You will develop new and strengthen existing business relationships with all levels of management within the HVAC industry in the UAE market, as well as with distributors. Your responsibilities include achieving sales revenue and market share targets, managing activities related to product sales and marketing, and reporting to the Head of Department. You will develop and maintain SAC relationships with major HVAC companies and SAC Partners, with clear objectives set by management to meet company targets in quantity and revenue. Additionally, you will handle in-country SAC business development, engaging with developers, government bodies, contractors, and consultants.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Work in the Abu Dhabi & Al Ain markets.
  • Possess a strong understanding of VRF, Ducted Split, and RAC systems—both technical and commercial aspects.
  • Identify customer needs and develop strategies to increase market share.
  • Create and maintain strategic relationships with HVAC specialist firms.
  • Engage in spec-in activities with consultants and generate pull-demand via project stakeholders.
  • Analyze consultants’ requirements and promote company products to achieve revenue and profit goals.
  • Forecast up to n+2 project billing cycles.
  • Select appropriate HVAC consultants and contractor channels.
  • Define major consulting and design companies as Samsung’s customers and communicate market Samsung products continuously.
  • Build and maintain networks through various activities.
  • Maintain customer relationships via regular visits and communications.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities from early stages to closing.
  • Manage and lead Samsung SAC distributors in the assigned territory.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-8 years’ experience in the UAE HVAC market, with mandatory HVAC sales handling.
  • Arabic speaking is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under different conditions and as part of a team.
  • Good networking skills within the local industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
