• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with enthusiasm and warmth
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
• Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests
• Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other services as requested by guests
• Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area at all times
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and emergency procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Must be a Kenyan national currently living in Ajman with valid residency visa
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
