Job description

The Position

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to guests. The Technician assists in the smooth operation of the Engineering Department, supporting other departments and maintaining hotel equipment to high standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to the PPM Engineer regarding daily work progress.
• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct general maintenance and repairs, including fixtures, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
• Ensure all tasks are completed with high quality and safety standards.
• Assist other engineering staff with maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of work areas and personal uniform.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma, Trade Certificate, or apprenticeship in general maintenance.
• Previous hotel experience is preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
