Job description

The Position

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to guests. The Technician assists in the smooth operation of the Engineering Department, supporting all other departments and maintaining hotel equipment to the highest standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to the PPM Engineer on daily work progress.
• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms and public areas.
• Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and minor renovations in guest rooms and public spaces, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and fixtures.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain proper documentation of work performed.
• Assist other engineering staff as needed and ensure cleanliness and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Trade Certificate, or apprenticeship in general maintenance.
• Previous hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
