Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes in both Kaiseki and Sushi sections.
- Support either section flexibly based on business needs and shift assignments.
- Ensure proper mise en place and service during operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the kitchen area.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards.
- Practice safe food handling and comply with HACCP guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members for smooth coordination.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages to senior CDP.
- Continuously learn and adapt to techniques used in Kaiseki and Sushi cuisine.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions.
What You Will Bring:
- 2-3 years of kitchen experience in Japanese cuisine.
- Basic knowledge of Kaiseki or Sushi preparation.
- Willingness to learn and flexibility to work in both sections.
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Passion for Japanese culinary traditions.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.

Schedule & Hours:
Basically 6 days per week over 48 working hours.
