Job Description

What You Will Do:

  1. Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes in both Kaiseki and Sushi sections.
  2. Support either section flexibly based on business needs and shift assignments.
  3. Ensure proper mise en place and service during operations.
  4. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the kitchen area.
  5. Follow recipes, portion control, and plating standards.
  6. Practice safe food handling and comply with HACCP guidelines.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members for smooth coordination.
  8. Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages to senior CDP.
  9. Continuously learn and adapt to techniques used in Kaiseki and Sushi cuisine.
  10. Participate in daily briefings and training sessions.
What You Will Bring:
