Job Duties

1. Under direct supervision, trains and becomes familiar with well site services and activities.
2. Assists in project planning, job design/execution, and post-job analysis.
3. Performs Coiled Tubing assignments, requiring knowledge of basic engineering principles and adherence to company policies, standards, and work methods.
4. Acquires and applies foundational knowledge of Halliburton processes, PSL field services, project planning, and wellsite solution design.
5. Completes tasks with minimal impact on organizational viability; errors are easily identified and corrected.
6. Requires an undergraduate STEM degree; petroleum engineering degree is preferred.
7. Requires strong mechanical aptitude and interpersonal skills.
8. Possesses basic computer skills, relevant modeling techniques, and knowledge of service tools/equipment and industry best practices.
9. Learns role and impact on team/organization goals and contributes regularly to those goals.
