Job Duties

Under direct supervision, trains and familiarizes with well site services and activities. Assists in project planning, job design/execution, and post-job analysis. Performs Coiled Tubing assignments requiring basic engineering principles, adherence to company policies, standards, and work methods. Gains foundational knowledge of Halliburton processes, PSL field services, project planning, and wellsite solution design. Tasks, when correctly performed, have minimal impact on organizational viability, with errors easily identified and corrected. Requires an undergraduate STEM degree; petroleum engineering preferred. Must have strong mechanical aptitude and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, relevant modeling techniques, and industry best practices. Learns role and its impact on team and organizational goals, contributing regularly.
