Job summary

Canva Education is seeking a results-driven role to lead onboarding and engagement with teachers and school districts. You will own the onboarding lifecycle, promote Canva Education, and build strong regional relationships with administrators and stakeholders.

The candidate should leverage data insights to drive retention, identify adoption opportunities, and close high-value district deals while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the K-12 Education market.
• Experience selling or driving adoption of education software solutions.
• Background in real-world teaching or instructional technology design.
• Knowledge of school technology roll-out and system-wide deployments.
• Excellent collaboration and remote working skills.
• Strong business planning and project implementation skills.
• Experience in community management and social media tactics for education.

Responsibilities

• Own the school onboarding lifecycle including strategy, prospecting, and execution.
• Foster relationships with regional administration and key stakeholders.
• Serve as an ambassador of Canva Education for teachers and educators.
• Manage a predictable business delivering customer transformation strategies.
• Identify trends and usage patterns through data analysis.
• Drive retention and engagement within identified districts.
• Source strategic leads and close deals with high-value districts.
