Job summary

Big Mamma is hiring JUNIOR WAITERS for our Gloria Dubai DIFC team to welcome guests with warm Italian hospitality and guide dining choices with strong menu knowledge.

You’ll use friendly sales techniques to improve the average check and contribute to the restaurant’s performance, while supporting the growth and development of runners. A starting date in Oct 2026 will be discussed at interview.

• Use sales techniques to optimize the average check and contribute to the restaurant’s economic performance.
• Share your know-how to support the growth and development of runners.
