Job summary

LaFamiglia Dubai Sports City is seeking a Head Waiter/Head Waitress to lead service with care, confidence and attention to detail, shaping the daily guest experience.

You will work with the restaurant management team to guide service on the floor, coach staff, coordinate with kitchen, bar and reception, and ensure accurate orders and smooth billing while delivering confident menu recommendations and clear dietary communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or premium full-service restaurants.
• Previous role as Head Waiter, Captain or similar floor leadership position.
• Confident English communication and strong service knowledge.
• Calm, approachable leadership with pride in caring for guests and team.

Responsibilities
