Job summary

Emirates Logistics LLC in Dubai is seeking a Junior Technician – MHE Maintenance to perform inspections, troubleshoot faults, and support preventive maintenance of material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.

The ideal candidate has an electrical/mechanical diploma or ITI and demonstrates English fluency, analytical thinking, and a collaborative attitude to work with diverse teams within our operations. This role requires occasional site mobility within the Freezone.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI or equivalent in electrical/mechanical engineering.
• 2 years minimum experience in MHE maintenance or forklift environment.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to analyze technical problems and identify solutions.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude when handling upset workers.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing job scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify faults or malfunctions in MHE such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks.
• Identify and replace damaged components; perform welding or soldering as needed.
• Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance; maintain service records.
• Travel to various sites within Freezone for maintenance.
• Inspect MHE, clean, lubricate, and perform regular upkeep.
• Report daily work and equipment conditions to Supervisor; manage parts inventory.
• Ensure daily repair calls are completed within KPI targets.

Description
