Job summary

Worley in London is seeking a Technical Consultant I to perform technical and strategic studies across upstream, midstream and LNG projects, with a focus on low carbon fuels and renewables. The role offers growth through technical specialist and business management routes within the EMEA consulting practice.

The candidate will contribute to due diligence, asset optimisation and decarbonisation advisory work, with opportunities for international travel and direct input on career direction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years professional work experience.
• Demonstrated career start with a clear view of future career direction.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem solving skills/experience.
• Awareness of the energy sector and its current challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organisation.
• Based in London is preferred because of existing team, but alternatives will be considered.
• English language skills.
• Willing to travel on semi-frequent, short-duration international business trips.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and strategic studies across upstream and midstream developments, specialising in low carbon fuels and renewables.
• Provide technical and commercial due diligence for financial institutions and project owners.
• Support asset performance and decarbonisation advisory work.
• Assist in cross-border feasibility and market studies and in pipeline and infrastructure projects.
