An established industry player is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment process for various projects in the MENA region. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates to ensure the best fit for client needs. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle, from pre-screening to mobilization, while collaborating with the Operations department for logistics. Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Oil & Gas.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Job description

Profile Middle East is looking for: Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

MISSION:

Responsible for supporting sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective candidates to find the perfect match for the Client's project requirements.

TASKS:

  • Support the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, pre-screening candidates, salary negotiation till mobilization for multiple projects including but not limited to MENA region and countries.
  • Support the Line Manager to develop and review a sourcing plan and monitoring the implementation in order to attract talents.
  • Follow-up statistic analysis in terms of quality of candidates for future deployment.
  • Prepare advertisement and online / social network job postings.
  • Define innovative and creative methods to attract new talents.
  • Identify and sourcing candidates by using different job portals, social media and professional networking websites.
  • Monitor the progress of mobilization and meeting the timeline at each recruitment stage.
  • Timely report to the Line Manager of the recruitment status.
  • Support the coordination of agencies and their accreditation on respective countries.
  • Support the coordinating with PRO, agencies and government authorities to obtain mobilization clearance from home country.
  • Support the Operations department for medicals, Visa & ticket arrangement.
  • Record aligned candidates on PME database.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource;
  • Proven work experience (2-3 years) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.
  • Fluent level of English, written and spoken.

OTHER DETAILS:

  • Contract Duration: Long-term.
  • Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
  • Starting date: June 2025.
