• Dream up and develop innovative sweets and pastry recipes that fit Snackat’s fun, high-quality vibe.
• Experiment with flavors, textures, and presentations to create Instagram-worthy treats.
• Collaborate with the team to test and refine recipes for our menu and seasonal specials.
• Ensure all creations meet our food safety and quality standards.
• Stay on top of dessert trends to keep Snackat’s offerings fresh and exciting.

• Experience: 1-2 years in pastry or sweets recipe development, or a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills.
• Creativity: A bold, imaginative chef who loves mixing unique ingredients and crafting memorable desserts.
• Skills: Solid knowledge of baking techniques, flavor pairing, and dessert presentation. Experience with Middle Eastern sweets or global desserts is a bonus!
• Passion: A dessert enthusiast who’s eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative kitchen.
• Certifications: Food safety certification (e.g., HACCP) is a plus but not mandatory.
