We are seeking a dedicated Junior Staffing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in recruiting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and strategize recruitment efforts. The Junior Staffing Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers.
Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
Assist in conducting reference checks and verifying employment eligibility
Assist in extending job offers and preparing offer letters
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment efforts
Coordinate job offers and onboarding processes
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
Prior experience in recruitment or staffing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
