We are seeking an individual who will focus on managing existing business, managing sales processes, account mining and contributing to sales targets in a company. He/she will support the recruitment process by managing client relationships, assisting with client/candidate management and helping to fill open positions.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for an energetic Junior Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will assist in prospecting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
He/she will work closely with account directors/account managers to learn best practices in the industry while developing your sales techniques. The main responsibilities will include conducting market research, preparing presentations, and attending meetings to support sales initiatives.
Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
Job Postings and Advertising:
Creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms and social media.
Interview Coordination:
Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and clients.
Offer Negotiation:
Assisting in the negotiation of job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, candidate data, onboarding/offboarding, client paperwork.
Reporting:
Preparing reports on recruitment activity, including metrics on fill rates, time-to-fill, and candidate quality.
Assisting with Marketing:
Supporting marketing efforts to promote the staffing agency and attract new clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or staffing-related role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
