We are seeking a skilled Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join the Calo Kitchen team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen operations, oversee staff, assist with menu preparation, ensure food quality and freshness, and manage ordering and stocking. The successful candidate will use their culinary and managerial skills to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.
