Qualifications

• Experience in wine service or strong wine interest.
• Holding a wine certification (WSET preferred).
• Warm and eager to learn.
• Organised and reliable.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support wine service on the floor.
• Assist guests with recommendations and pairings.
• Look after cellar organisation and stock.
• Support the sommelier team during service.
• Learn the wine list and producers behind it.
