Qualifications

• Proficiency with accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel.
• UAE VAT laws, FTA compliance, financial reporting, general ledger management, and financial reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Process daily accounting entries, general ledger postings, and vendor/customer accounts.
• Execute month-end and year-end close schedules, including multi-account bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare tax returns, maintain compliance documentation, and handle filings under UAE VAT and FTA regulations.
• Utilize ERP and accounting software to track financial transactions, manage receivables/payables, and generate management reports.
• Coordinate with internal business units to provide accounting data for budget tracking and financial reporting.
