PFT Group is bringing on a detail‑oriented Junior Accounts Officer with 1 to 2 years of hands‑on experience to join its finance department in Dubai. This entry-to-mid-level professional will assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, manage accounting documentation, handle basic ledger reconciliations, and support the broader financial operations team with accurate data entry and reporting.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks, invoice processing, and routine financial transactions.
• Maintain organized accounting records, physical receipts, and digital financial documentation.
• Prepare basic financial statements, perform bank account reconciliations, and balance ledgers.
• Assist senior accounting personnel during month‑end and fiscal year‑end closing cycles.
• Cross‑coordinate with internal departments to clarify billing queries and ensure compliance with internal financial controls.

Candidate Requirements

• Academic Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a closely related field.
• Work History: 1–2 years of active accounting or finance experience.
• Technical Qualifications: Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and basic enterprise accounting software.
