Job Description

This is For Kanoo Cranes LLC -Dubai.We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in the sales and rental of heavy equipment, particularly Aerial Work Platforms (AWP), manlifts, and spider cranes. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth product knowledge, strong client relationships, and a strategic approach to developing new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, rental companies, and industrial clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for the sale or rental of AWPs, manlifts, spider cranes, and related heavy equipment.
  • Conduct technical presentations and equipment demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and tenders.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and project support.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in selling or renting heavy equipment, especially Tower Crnaes,AWP/manlifts and spider cranes.
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications and operational use of the equipment.
  • Existing client base in construction and infrastructure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • UAE/GCC driving license is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to explain equipment capabilities to clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
