Now, we're looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our client base.

Role Overview

As a Junior Sales Representative, your primary mission is to generate leads and close new business opportunities with companies in need of UX/UI design services. You'll identify potential clients, engage decision-makers, and communicate how our design services can solve their product or brand challenges.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for digital design or tech. Experience in UX/UI or design is a plus, but not required — we'll train you on the value of what we offer.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through online research, social selling, email outreach, and networking.
• Pitch our design services to startups, founders, product managers, and marketing leads.
• Schedule and lead introductory calls with prospects.
• Understand client needs and collaborate with our design team to prepare proposals.
• Track and manage leads using CRM tools.
• Support in building outreach campaigns and refining sales materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to tailor outreach effectively.

Requirements

• 1 year of sales, business development, or lead generation experience (internships count).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with digital products, web/mobile apps, or design services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet KPIs.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
