EMEAA Talent Partners is recruiting on behalf of a leading global FMCG company for a Junior Sales Executive to support the sale of food commodities to key retail and distribution partners in Dubai, UAE. Our client is a leading global FMCG company with a strong legacy in food production and distribution. Renowned for its quality standards, operational excellence, and market-leading position, the company is committed to expanding its retail footprint across the UAE by strengthening its offering in the food commodity segment.

The Role:

As Junior Sales Executive, you will support the commercial team in managing existing accounts and driving new sales opportunities across both retail and distributor channels in Dubai. You will be involved in product promotions, sales coordination, and customer engagement, contributing directly to the company’s growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in selling food commodity products to retailers and distributors in Dubai.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Support execution of promotional campaigns and trade activities.
  • Monitor pricing, market trends, and competitor movements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
  • Attend regular client visits and contribute to account servicing.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Strong interest in FMCG sales and food distribution within the UAE.
  • Some experience or internship in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn, self-motivated, and confident in a commercial setting.
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
