We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Junior Sales Engineer to support our growing operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the HVAC and BMS industry, and be familiar with product lines including PICVs, metering solutions, valves, and filtration systems. This is a client-facing, solution-oriented role suited to those with a commercial mindset and technical aptitude.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, and facility managers.
  • Promote and sell HVAC valves, PICVs, metering solutions, filtration systems, and BMS products.
  • Conduct site visits and provide technical demonstrations or support as required.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering technical proposals and quotations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical / electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales within the HVAC, filtration, or BMS sector in the UAE.
  • Prior experience working with or selling to consultants and contractors.
  • Familiarity with key industry products like PICVs, HVAC valves, metering devices, filtration units, and BMS.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
