We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic
Junior Sales Agent to join our growing team in
Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This
internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of the world’s most competitive Real Estate markets.
As a Junior Sales Agent, you will support our senior team throughout the full sales cycle — from lead generation to client follow-ups — and will also have the opportunity to
close deals and earn commissions under direct guidance.
You will gain real exposure to Dubai’s high-value property transactions while developing your sales, communication, and market knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
Our office is located in
Boulevard Plaza Tower 1, Downtown Dubai — right in the heart of the city’s business district.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior agents with property viewings, client meetings, and follow-up communications. You will also have the opportunity to close deals yourselves.
- Generate and qualify leads through online platforms and networking
- Prepare marketing content and presentations for active listings
- Maintain accurate client data and activity tracking
- Research current market trends, communities, and property launches
- Learn the legal and operational framework of Dubai real estate
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and fieldwork
- Actively contribute to real deals and earn commissions, with full mentorship and support
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Must have lived in Dubai for at least 2 years and be familiar with key neighborhoods
- A valid UAE driver’s license is required
- Must have your own mode of transportation (personal or rented car is acceptable)
- Presentable, independent, and driven to grow in real estate
