Job description

Are you a gifted marketing and sales professional, who can set the direction and execute within Milk Based Beverages in MENA? Then you could be the person we are looking for as Regional Commercial Manager - MENA.

You will join a dedicated group of sales and marketing professionals who create the basis for our brands and partner brands. Working within a matrix organization of Milk Based Beverages / Starbucks in Denmark and the Dubai Middle East North Africa Regional Office, we drive the daily business and build strong brands and bring innovations to the marketplace.

The position reports daily to the Head of MBB MENA in Dubai and is part of the Global Starbucks community in Arla Foods, with a direct line to the MBB Commercial Director International.

Plan and execute the strategy for the world’s most famous Ice Coffee Brand.

As Junior Regional Commercial Manager, you will be operationally responsible for establishing and executing Starbucks RTD business. Your immediate KPI is delivering results aligned with MBB MENA ambitions; you will also focus on future development. Your responsibilities include commercial strategies, campaign concepts, budget management, customer insights, local strategy proposals, and reporting.

Your primary objectives will be to re-ignite the SBUX brand in MENA, establishing and executing marketing and sales plans based on local consumer insights, shopper behavior, customer channels, and actions. You will drive annual budget plans and have an indirect P&L responsibility for your area, aiming to boost business momentum in nascent and new markets in the region.

Competencies we are looking for:

You have a thorough understanding of the marketing process and hands-on sales experience in roles such as sales, trade marketing, or marketing. You possess 2-4 years of experience within a global beverage organization. Your skill set includes a wide range of standard and modern tools to operate effectively in a sales and marketing matrix setup. Experience as a Key Account Manager, Category Manager, or Marketing Manager in a beverage company has sharpened your business acumen.

This background enables you to bring our products to market and drive success for well-known consumer brands like Starbucks Iced Coffee. You excel at relationship-building, are proactive, and have a 'get things done' attitude. You possess an open, positive mindset, strong communication skills, and proficiency in written and spoken English.

Experience within beverages is advantageous.
