Role Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates business units’ recruitment needs and activities.
  • Supports the total recruitment function including posting job openings internally and externally, liaising with employment agencies and temporary agencies, reviewing resumes, managing candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant log, performing reference checks.
  • Selects appropriate recruitment tools to secure good quality candidates in a timely and cost efficient manner.
  • Maintains a network of good recruitment firms and agencies to meet Amana’s requirements.
  • Maintains and updates human resources documents, such as CVs, interview evaluation form, requisition forms and list of openings.
  • Maintains and updates the listings of open, approved, and filled positions
  • Prepares offer letters for the candidates as per standard Company templates according to local labour law.
  • Liaises with PRO/GRO and Personnel and Administration Managers/Officers to ensure all formalities, travel and accommodation are in place for the successful start of employment of the new employees.
  • Assists with generating and analyzing recruitment related reports and providing statistics for the review of the management.
  • Assists with representing the Company at recruitment and career fairs as needed
Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
