Job description

Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and retains top-tier talent. This role plays a strategic part in driving talent acquisition initiatives and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels—including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events—to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.

Screening & Interviewing

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates aligned with role requirements.
  • Conduct initial screenings (phone/video) to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and role specifications.
  • Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions and competency profiles.

Recruitment Process Management

  • Manage candidates throughout the hiring process—from initial contact to final offer—ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Administer technical assessments or psychometric tests, where applicable.
  • Evaluate and present shortlisted candidates with clear recommendations based on assessments and interviews.

Offer Management & Negotiation

  • Prepare and extend employment offers, including salary and benefits negotiations.
  • Communicate hiring decisions and provide constructive feedback to all candidates in a timely manner.
