What You’ll Be Doing:

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• ️ Attend bi-daily team briefings and communicate effectively with supervisors & co-workers.
• Build strong guest relations by recognizing preferences and resolving complaints in a friendly manner.
• ️ Greet guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure all inquiries are met with a smile.
• Manage reservations, calls, and emails efficiently while providing accurate and helpful information.
• Maintain LPM standards, stay flexible with role changes, and always ensure an outstanding guest experience.

What You’ll Need:

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for welcoming and delivering guest experiences to the highest standards.
• ️ Proficiency in English is a must, an additional European language is a plus.
• Previous experience as a restaurant hostess or a guest relations executive role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, preferably in SevenRooms and Microsoft Office.
