Job summary

D&A Consult in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor on a contract basis. The role covers both Pre and Post Contracting Services, including Tender documents, BOQ, estimates, tender evaluation, payment applications, variations and final accounts.

On-site duties in Dubai, UAE, are required. The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, strong analytical skills, and experience with UAE consultancy practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pre and Post Contract Services.
• Proficient in BOQ preparation and cost estimation/assessment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in consulting in the UAE is desirable.
• Familiar with POMI.
• Must have operational knowledge about the building process especially Villas.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Pre and Post Contracting Services including Preparation of Tender Documents, BOQ, Estimates, Tender Evaluation, Payment Application Assessment, Variation Assessment and Final Accounts.
• Work on-site in Dubai and manage contracts and cost control tasks.
• Coordinate with clients and other consultants to ensure accurate and timely cost data.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for both Pre and Post Contracting Services including Preparation of Tender Documents, BOQ, Estimates, Tender Evaluation, Payment Application Assessment, Variation Assessment and Final Accounts. The role requires the ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
