In this role, you’ll coordinate the movement of people, materials, and equipment to ensure seamless on-site operations on a fast-paced, high-tech build.

About Your Team

Join us at a pivotal stage as we mobilise for one of our newest, high-value projects. As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be a key member of the commercial team, supporting cost control, contract administration, and value engineering from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and commercially driven, ready to make an immediate impact on a fast-paced, high-stakes build. You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate reporting, cost tracking, and commercial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Your role:

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• To support the Surveyor in shifting the reference levels in the site from the main benchmarks level.
• To check and mark the levels for the slabs, columns etc before and after concrete pouring.
• To check the dimensions and inform the surveyor, keep an accurate record.
• To mark grid line points, writing the numbers, and other identifying marks using the total station.
• To create as built details for the site, measuring distances for gridlines and levels of each floor
• To use the total station for marking points
• To calculate surveying measures (coordinates, level, azimuth, bearing)
• To read and interpret structural drawings

Qualifications and Experience:

• Completion of 1- or 2-Years Surveying Diploma with 2-year experience, or 3 years as an Assistant Surveyor.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to use total station and level and have base knowledge how to check instruments.
• Ability to read and understand survey drawings.
• Ability to survey calculations (coordinates, level, azimuth and bearing.)
