Job summary

Sundus in Abu Dhabi - UAE seeks a Junior QMS Engineer with 10-15 years of experience to coordinate QMS and QA activities, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and Nadcap, and driving corrective actions.

You will interpret drawings, support SPC/FMEA/MSA/Gauge R&R, plan and coordinate customer audits, and train team members to uphold quality requirements while improving processes and integrating ERP tools into QA tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
• Thorough knowledge of EN/AS9100 Quality System and Nadcap Processes Management requirements and associated quality procedures and techniques, including SPC applications, FMEA, MSA and Gauge R&R analysis.
• Proficient in interpreting drawings, internal and regulatory specification requirements.
• Basic understanding of MRP and ERP system tools, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban and Six Sigma practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, MS Project, databases and Internet along with the ability to learn other application software package.
