Junior QHSE Technician-Catering Services (HQ)

We are currently recruiting for a Junior QHSE Technician to join our Taste of Home team in Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai.

Scope

This role will be responsible for managing the Food Safety & Health & Safety Management System in Taste of Home. The job holder will work with department supervisors/managers to ensure compliance with all DM regulations and Food Safety Practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial: Contribute to CI Log by providing opportunities/initiatives.
2. Customer: Liaise with the customer to ensure all Food Safety requirements are met; conduct investigations into complaints and provide detailed reports.
3. Process: Conduct daily inspections, support report submissions, identify staff training needs, organize training sessions, maintain QHSE documents, assist during audits and inspections, coordinate with service providers, inspect equipment, support HACCP implementation, ensure GMP compliance, supervise calibration, maintain standards, support Dubai Municipality inspections, investigate complaints, ensure hygiene and sanitization, monitor production quality, and maintain traceability systems.
4. Innovation: Identify and implement measures to streamline processes and duties.
