As a Junior QA/QC Engineer in ALEC Building, you’ll be at the heart of delivering iconic structures. As a Junior QA/QC Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring quality and compliance across our construction projects. From interpreting contract documentation to overseeing day-to-day site surveillance, you’ll be responsible for coordinating inspections, managing subcontractor compliance, and tracking all necessary data.

Your Role Will Involve:

1. Reviewing project contracts and documentation from start to finish, ensuring everything aligns with scope, specifications, and regulations.
2. Conducting daily site inspections, identifying deficiencies, and implementing corrective actions.
3. Coordinating inspections with subcontractors, consultants, and execution teams to maintain a high standard of work.
4. Managing detailed inspection schedules and ensuring timely completion of inspections for all work and materials.
5. Utilizing project platforms for material inspections and ensuring non-compliant materials are removed.
6. Collaborating on MEP works, fire safety, and regulatory requirements to maintain project integrity.
7. Using analytical tools like Power BI to track KPIs, assess trends, and ensure smooth project delivery.
8. Leading snagging and de-snagging inspections and assisting with project closeout and defect resolution.

What We’re Looking For

1. A Civil Engineering Pro: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in QC engineering within the construction industry.
2. Construction Savvy: A strong grasp of construction processes and a hands-on approach to quality control.
3. Passion & Dedication: You’re committed, driven, and take pride in delivering top-tier results.
4. Problem Solver: Strong analytical and communication skills to identify issues and implement solutions effectively.
