Junior Project Manager - UAE National

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager - UAE National to actively manage projects, key clients, and work within a multidiscipline team of architects, engineers and cost management consultants providing a comprehensive service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Help in the overall management of the project
2. Preparation of project quality plan
3. Help in the preparation of progress reports
4. Aid in the preparation of tender documents
5. Maintenance of the project programme with the Project Planner
6. Aid in project planning and control
7. Help the project manager in the financial control of the project
8. Aid in the appointment and management of all required sub-consultants or other services
9. Help in the technical coordination with discipline heads

Requirements:

1. Must be familiar with design, tender and construction processes
2. Reasonable knowledge of project planning software and MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
3. Experience in working within a team
4. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
5. Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary design team
6. Able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a proactive way

Education & Experience:

1. Degree qualified – minimum requirement of BE or other professional qualification
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Project Management
3. Family book is mandatory for UAE nationals
