Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Junior Project Manager - UAE National to manage various projects and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will support project management activities, contribute to technical coordination, and ensure the overall success of infrastructure designs. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management and relevant qualifications are required.

• Degree qualified – minimum requirement of BE or other professional qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Project Management.
• Family book is mandatory for UAE nationals.

We are looking for an Junior Project Manager - UAE National to actively manage projects, key clients, and working within a multidiscipline team of architects, engineers and cost management consultants providing a comprehensive service.

Key Responsibilities :

Help in the overall management of the project

Preparation ofproject quality plan

Help in the preparation of progress reports

Aid in the preparation of tender documents.

Maintenance of the project programme with the Project Planner

Aid in project planning and control

Help the project manager in the financial control of the project

Maintain risk register

Instigate design reviews

Aid in the appointment and management of all required sub-consultants or other services

Help in the technical co-ordination with discipline heads

Requirements :

Technical Competencies

Experience in Infrastructure design

Must be familiar with design, tender and construction processes

Reasonable knowledge of the following software : project planning software and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Behavioural Competencies

Experience in working within a team

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary design team

Able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a proactive way

Education & Experience :

Degree qualified – minimum requirement of BE or other professional qualification

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Project Management
