Junior Project Manager

What you’ll do

• Project Management: Oversee project execution from start to finish, proactively problem solving to remove obstacles for the team and ensure we deliver world-class work on strategy, quality, time and budget.
• Quality Assurance: Review all output to ensure it meets the brief and exceeds expectations ahead of client delivery. A sense of urgency in reviews is paramount to keep the work moving and projects on track.
• Client Management: Proactively communicate with clients to keep them apprised of the project status and manage any issues that may arise. Managing expectations is paramount, finding the balance between client delight and what’s feasible using the resources available.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, social, and client servicing teams to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Foster feedback: Be open to giving and receiving feedback to help improve the quality, speed and effectiveness of the team and output.

What you bring

• Experience: 1-2 years of project or social media management or equivalent experience. Experience with OOH and video production projects is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets and Slides. Must also understand the process of working with creative teams, from video production to motion graphics and design.
• Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with a strong sense of creativity and originality. Curious, always exploring new trends and ideas.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic and/or Turkish would be a plus, to support with reviews and QA on Arabic, Turkish, and English copy across deliverables.
• Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Agility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and feedback, solving problems with a sense of urgency and team collaboration.
