Profile Middle East is looking for: Project Manager Junior.

MISSION:

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or a strong academic background in infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, water systems, or public utilities.

TASKS:

• Assist in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and reports.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Participate in site visits and inspections, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain effective communication between all parties involved in the project.
• Assist in managing project change requests and updating documentation accordingly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or management within the infrastructure sector.
• Previous experience in GCC countries.
• Knowledge of project management principles, tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and methodologies.
• Familiarity with infrastructure construction processes and standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
