Waagner Biro Bridge Services in the UAE seeks a motivated UAE National to join as a Project Coordinator. This entry-level role supports project teams with documentation, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate is organized with good English communication, has a relevant diploma or degree, and is ready to start a career in project administration and coordination. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Formación

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Admin, Engineering, PM or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; English required; Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support project managers in day-to-day coordination.
• Maintain project documentation, records and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
• Track project progress and update reporting templates.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports and project documents.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely completion of requirements.
• Monitor action items and follow up with stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain filing systems (electronic and hard copy).
• Assist with procurement, logistics and administrative activities.
