Junior Project Controller (Commercial) – 2-3 Years Experience – Permanent role based in UAE

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain up-to-date billing system.
• Ensure proper follow ups with Project Managers for timely preparation of invoices.
• Verify all services are invoiced according to payment plan and contractual terms.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices to customers.
• Follow up with customers on payments, monitor non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and report them to the Commercial Manager.
• Prepare reports of invoicing status, received payments and debtor ageing.
• Process incoming invoices from external parties and internal group companies.
• Support the Commercial Manager in commercial and controlling functions.
• Conduct project evaluation and prepare project commercial reports.
• Prepare financial information and report financial results.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
• Provide financial risk analysis and report risk issues to Management.
