Job Description

1.Production & Manufacturing Support:

• Assist in the production planning and execution of interior fit-out elements such as furniture, joinery, metalwork, and other custom fabrications.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure materials and designs meet project requirements.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and quality.

2.Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure all production work adheres to company quality standards and project specifications.
• Conduct inspections and identify any defects or deviations in materials and workmanship.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

3.Project Coordination & Site Support:

• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and designers to align production with project timelines.
• Assist in site visits to ensure smooth installation and resolve any on-site technical challenges.
• Support the team in preparing reports and documentation related to production progress.

4.Material & Resource Management:

• Assist in managing materials, tools, and equipment needed for production.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Maintain production logs and track work progress.

5.Health & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the production facility.
• Promote a safe working environment and report any hazards or incidents.

Requirements

1.Bachelor s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Interior Engineering or related field.

2.0 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or interior fit-out projects.
3.Basic knowledge of production processes, materials, and fabrication techniques.

4.Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design and drafting software is an advantage.

5.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

6.Good communication and teamwork skills.

7.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
