Job description

We are looking for a highly creative and commercially driven Product Manager to lead our UV Sunshades product line. This role blends marketing flair with strategic sales thinking — ideal for someone who’s excited about building a brand, developing new go-to-market strategies, and forming strong relationships with global distributors. You’ll be the driving force behind product growth, visibility, and expansion into new markets. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to position UV Sunshades as a must-have product in the automotive and lifestyle accessory market • Identify and onboard distribution partners in key regions (retailers, automotive accessory distributors, lifestyle outlets, etc.). • Create product launch plans, sales kits, and promotional materials tailored for various sales channels. • Work closely with content creators and media teams to bring marketing campaigns to life across digital and offline platforms. • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to refine positioning and product features. • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure product updates meet market demands. • Set pricing strategies in line with brand positioning and regional expectations. • Monitor sell-through performance, run promotional campaigns, and drive product awareness with data-driven insights. • Represent the product at trade shows, distributor meetings, and key account presentations. • Build long-term partnerships with distributors, resellers, and e-commerce partners to expand market share.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (technical background is a plus but not essential). • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in product management, marketing, or business development — preferably in automotive accessories or consumer products. • Demonstrated success in building and managing distributor networks. • Strong grasp of branding, campaign creation, and consumer behavior. • Excellent presentation skills able to pitch products and strategies with confidence. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, influencer outreach, and social commerce platforms. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance creative ideas with real-world sales goals. • A proactive, energetic personality, someone who thrives on building new things and pushing boundaries. • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the product line. • Willingness to travel for distributor visits, market research, and promotional events. • Comfortable being in front of the camera for marketing content, explainer videos, and product presentations, must be articulate, confident, and engaging on-screen. • Passion for stylish, functional products that enhance everyday driving and lifestyle.
