Job summary

LutechResources is seeking an Associate Process Engineer in Dubai to contribute to basic design engineering tasks within the process team. You will apply knowledge of process design, unit operations, and standard procedures under supervision to deliver accurate calculations and reports.

The role involves developing PFD sketches, supporting P&ID creation for simple systems, and assisting in heat and material balance studies while coordinating with engineers and designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 0–3 years of oil and gas experience.
• Familiar with process design and unit operations.
• Familiar with standards, codes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform design engineering, analysis, and calculations on basic tasks.
• Complete routine assignments under close supervision.
• Prepare clear design calculations, analyses, and reports.
• Prepare PFD sketches and develop P&IDs for simple systems.
• Review drawings and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in process studies and heat & material balance development.
• Maintain awareness of costs related to own work.
• Communicate progress and issues to leads and engineers.
