Job Description

1. Support the senior planning engineer in developing project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

2. Track daily site activities and update progress reports.

3. Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to collect status updates.

4. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

5. Support in drafting dashboards and presentations for management.

6. Maintain accurate records of schedule updates, delay events, and correspondence.

7. Assist in identifying delays or risks and suggest preliminary mitigation measures.

8. Help prepare delay analysis reports and claims under supervision.

9. Use planning tools such as Primavera P6, Excel, and MS Project for documentation and analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in the UAE/GCC.
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other planning software.
